New users receive a14-day free trial to explore our platform and determine if it meets their needs. During the trial, you will not be charged.

If you decide not to continue, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends. If no cancellation occurs before the end of the 14-day trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your payment method will be charged for the selected subscription amount.

Genzenia subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellations: After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing cycles, and you will retain access to your account for the remainder of the paid billing period.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service and the 14-day free trial provided, we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, failed cancellations, or unused features.
